Upon being invited to review the AEMS Online Compliance System…

“We have seen several systems like this but sure, we’ll take a look”

After reviewing the unique AEMS Online Compliance System…

“This is brilliant!  This is exactly what the agency needs and exactly what the regulated entities need.  I just don’t know how you would get it approved for use by the agency due to the bureaucratic challenges you would face.  What you need to do is set up meetings to present this to industry groups such as the TCC (Texas Chemical Council) and TXOGA (Texas Oil and Gas Association).  Their members would benefit tremendously from this system.”

“I have wondered for years why no one had developed a system like [AEMS].  There are too many bureaucratic hurdles to get the TCEQ to adopt it but you should focus on getting industry acceptance.  [AEMS] will resolve a lot of the inefficiencies that are so prevalent in the current environmental compliance process.”

“You have really come a long way with [AEMS] since we spoke three years ago.  You need to set up an appointment with the TCEQ, and maybe you should even take this to the EPA.”
